Bea Alonzo and John Lloyd Cruz gave “kilig” to their fans and followers on Instagram.
Despite the long years of not working together, the fandom of Lloydie and Bea is still as huge as ever. Fans are still hoping that they will make a project again together.
Recently, the love team announced separately on their Instagram accounts that they will be performing a work of fiction.
“Over the next week, we will be performing a work of fiction on Instagram. It is a love story and it is about these times. Any resemblance to persons, living or dead, is intentional,”
Their posts read.
Both stars also tagged director Antoinette Jadaone in the post, who also shared the same message and tagged Dan Villegas who then did the same.
All four of them added the hashtag “unconfinedcinema” in the said post.
It is noted that Alonzo and Cruz reunited back on Valentine’s Day for a live script reading of the indie blockbuster, “That Thing Called Tadhana”, which also marked the actor’s first public appearance since his two-year hiatus.
However, amid the enhanced community quarantine, the former onscreen partners caught the attention of the online community.
It all started when John Lloyd reacts to Bea’s old photo on Instagram.
“Huyyy @beaalonzo,” Lloydie then commented, which Bea replied, “@dumpsitegallery 2019 pa tong post ko ah, bakit ka nagbbrowse sa ig ko?”
Then, the actor reasoned out, “napindot lang”.
Bea then teases John Lloyd by saying, “sabi mo eh”, “may na-miss? [laughing emoji]”
John Lloyd Cruz just answered with a zipped mouth emoji.
But Bea continues to tease Lloydie, “halata eh”.
Their “kulitan” continued and this brought “kilig” to their fans.
Bea and Lloydie last project together under ABS-CBN was the 2015 hit movie “A Second Chance,” a sequel to their 2007 film, “One More Chance.”
